📋 Application Process

Application

Prospective English instructors can apply through referrals or job boards. If your profile matches, we’ll send an offer letter and schedule a Skype interview.

Interview

You’ll attend a 20–30 minute Skype interview to assess your fluency, confidence, and teaching setup including internet and equipment.

Training Class

If you pass the interview, you’ll join a training session with a TALKENGLISH trainer. Successfully completing this step means you’re almost ready!

Start Teaching

After final evaluation, you’ll sign a contract and submit your weekly or monthly schedule. Now you’re ready to begin teaching!
